Excursions are organised by class teachers, and vary from trips to the local museum to exciting game drives in the nearby Ithala Game Reserve.

The Grade 7's  go on an educational tour once a year for a week, during which group dynamics and leadership skills are learned. The students also learn a huge amount about nature by means of practical tasks.
